The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update that information promptly should it change. pk1946 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pk1946 support immediately.
pk1946 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may request verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. pk1946 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Standard processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within one to three business days. pk1946 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Note: pk1946 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which pk1946 accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by pk1946 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. You may request the closure of your pk1946 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pk1946 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money Balance subject to KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to your funds. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
pk1946 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. In cases of Account closure due to confirmed fraud or material breach, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by our support team, you may escalate the matter in writing to our compliance team at the support email address displayed in the footer of this page. pk1946 will acknowledge escalated complaints within 5 business days and provide a full written response within 28 days of acknowledgement.
For disputes that remain unresolved following the internal escalation process, Players may seek recourse through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under pk1946's applicable gaming license.
